I mailed a package USPS Priority to a buyer last week. It arrived at their house torn and with the contents missing. It was stamped as contents missing by USPS. Of course buyer opened a claim before I had a chance to contact the post office. Now a new buyer is trying to purchase one of my items but it says my account is "not accepting payments at this time". Is this because of the dispute? It was opened and closed within one day and thier money refunded before I got a chance to respond. Of course I do not agree with the outcome since the circumstances were out of my control but can live with Paypal's decision. If anyone has any advice on how to handle this it would be great.
