Is this a legitimate PayPal email: service[at]intl.paypal.com <servicesdepartment2[at]gmail.com> I've been emailing this guy from Malaysia who agreed to buy my laptop on Ebay and he says that he paid, but on my PayPal account, I don't have anything pending regarding this transaction. In this email, apparently the payment will go through once I offer a shipping/tracking number. Please help me! I don't know if this man is legit...
