Just got a call from PayPal . They konw about the issue of the cart not clearing after a payment when using the PayPal internal buttions (View cart) . They are not fixing it as senior managenment has decided to let it stand as it is. They are saying that is the way it is designed and are not changing it. So my only recource is to use a third pary CART that does the job correctly. This issue only is involved when you need to use a cart as you want the customer to add items then pay when it is all done. I have seen that when you just use the BUY button it works as there is no cart involved. 5-5-2015
