I've been trying to add 5 dollars to my steam wallet for the past month, with no help at all. I'm trying to purchase it with my checking account, which I've done this exact same thing on steam before, so I know it's possible, but every time I get to checkout, my checking account isn't there, only the backup card. Yes, the checking acocunt is valid, yes the backup card is valid and not close to expiring. I've contacted support several times with no help what so ever, different responses each time, but none of them helped. Also, it's not a "huge amount" that they would think would be unusual.
