Hi Andy The credit card number was stolen and used to charge something on ebay. I knew this but paypal and ebay WOULD NOT step in to help me. I stayed on the phone for hours. Finally, when the visa card was charged, I got support. I am very very disappointed with these companies and their slow response. They don't give a **bleep** about the little guys.
