So hello everyone I recently sold some items on a game (csgo) for some paypal money. My first question is: Can a paypal payment be chargebacked, if yes how long can he charge it back? Second question is: He told me he payed in "family and friends" and said its non refundable, how can i check if this payment was family/friends?
