Hi - you must be logged into your account first, before you can access the message center. Once you are logged in, you can find it through the Bell icon (Notifications icon), or by scolling down to the Help link in the footer. If you go through the Help Center, the Message Center is on the right side (the "Email Us" option becomes the "Message Center" once you have logged into your account).
