The buyer told me he had cancelled it.How long will it take until the status says it is closed because it still says 'open' for me and 'discussion' for my buyer. When will I get my money back?I would like the case to be reviewed immediately but the customer service e-mail is not working apparently.Please reply here if any of the paypal staffs see this.
