My uncle sent me $75.00 to my phone number for my birthday, and I received a text from PayPal confirming this. I then realized my phone number is not linked to my PayPal account, so I went into my account settings and linked it. PayPal is showing I only have $0.00 in my account now, and when I text 'BAL' to PayPal on my phone, it also shows $0.00 as my balance even though texting 'BAL' used to show $75.00. How do I get the money that my uncle sent me before I had my phone number linked to my account?
