I bought a North face jacket back in February and when I received it, it was a fake. I contacted seller and opened a return case on ebay. The seller offered a $10 refund but I declined it and so I sent the jacket back to the seller. The seller received the item and I waited a week but didn't get a refund. So I messaged the seller and the seller responded with "The refund was send." This was back around mid march. Ive messaged the seller once a week and have gotten no reply. I cannot find the escalate case on the ebay return thing because it says case closed. What can I do now?
