Today i tried to pay for my item on ebay, and my email or password did not fit to paypal. then i tried to log in to paypal, but they said there is no email named like that. i loged in to my mails, and have noticed that someone has changed my email name on paypal, than made a payment of 20 USD, changed my credit card. So i have tried everything to get my account back, but everythin is changed, now i dont know what to do, i have created a new paypal account so i could white my problem here, becouse i cant cancel that transaction until i wount have an acses to my account.
