Ok. So I received a full refund from a purchase, ThinkingDVD very helpful company tho they told me to contact PayPal directly, on April 1. When I contacted my bank to see if the money was in my account they told me there was no pending transaction, and told me to contact PayPal because there shouldn't be an issue because PayPal certainly has no issues extracting money from my account so there's no reason they couldn't insert the money. Right? Wrong. I called PayPal's helpline, Login, Click "Contact", Click "Call Us", and I was on HOLD FOR 2 1/2 HOURS!!! I kid you not. Finally, I just gave up. If the money isn't in my PayPal account, and it's not going into my bank account, where the $@*% is it??? I've verified my bank account using routing number AND account number, but still nothing? I've made countless payments thru PayPal but apparently receiving a payment is a drastically more complicated process. The whole ordeal makes me despise PayPal and their lack of customer service. I'm lost as to what's going on and I need some answers but they seem hard to come by in a digital age where we can do things in the blink of an eye. Why is this so complicated? HELP?!?
