I have the same problem. Could it be that I am withrawing the money being abroad and that I have 2 different accounts? If so, than what the heck? It's 21st century, people are travelling, running businesses being on the move... I was attracted by the quick and instant services PayPal provides (in theory). It now looks like you haven't got either sufficient manpower or smart enough system to process all the payments. I had enough, I am seriously looking for an alternative.
