Question is at the bottom if you want to skip background: I have filed a dispute with mkstudio in china regarding the non receipt of a lens. The company requested I falsify my feedback before they refund my money. I replied that in all good consciousness I could not do that. They then replied that they are the only ones selling the lens, and that if I want that lens I should change my feedback and continue the purchase. Something I told them I am not willing to do after experiencing their handling of the first shipment. I had also already purchased the same lens on Amazon a day later and paid $20 more for Saturday shipping. Obviously they are willing to lie about their service and products. As of now it seems they will try and draw this out for as long as they can. My question: The sellers have not been responding through the resolution center, instead they continue to do it through ebay. Will paypal have access to these messages if I (I probably will) decide to escalate to a claim? Thank you paypal community for your consult on this matter.
