I currently reside in Kenya and have a paypal account and i wanna withdraw from my PP acct to a place i can easily access. I understand that i can only add US bank accts of which i dont have, though, i tried adding that of my payoneer acct but i just get the same error of " You cant add a bank acct at this time" ( i already contacted support. Waiting for their reply). I googled and though i am not quite sure of my findings, i stumbled upon a thread and it was said PP and payoneer arent collaborating anymore of sort............................... I proceeded with my research on alternatives and discovered there is a Bank called Barclays and Standard Chatered in USA and over here in Kenya, those two banks have got branches... My question now is if i open an account with any of these banks here in Kenya, will i be able to add them up in Paypal and withdraw funds
