Hello Last night, I purchased 2 phones for my wife and me. They are all T mobile phones. The 1st question is about 'Unverified account': I noticed seller's paypal account was unverified, so I called Paypal customer service. Customer service agent told me it is OK to make payment to unverified account if I purchased on ebay. Is that true?? I am afraid the buyer just withdrew the payment and close account, then finally I will not be able to claim any refund if something happens. The second thing is, I read online today, found out ebay sellers usually sell their 0 down payment phone to buyer and claim they have been paid in full price. Then sellers keep paying for months until ebay never accept buyer open a case for phone blocking. Buyer fianlly lost money and the function of phone. Can Paypal protect these issues? And how long can paypal protect buyer, I know T mobile offers 24 months payment plan... I am so afraid about it now. Thank you so much
