I've been having trouble being able to print postage labels over the past week and get the error message: "This page can’t be displayed Make sure that the web address https://ibdswebp10-ext.pb.com is correct. Look for the page with your search engine. Refresh the page in a few minutes." And when I go back and try to reprint i get the same timeout message. When I cancel the label and ask for a refund it doen't get refuned either!
