Hello, as I already mentioned in an e-mail, the problem is that I am a designer, and I designed a Logo to a costumer from Austria. After I have sent him that Logo via e-mail, he sent me money for that logo from his PayPal account to my PayPal account. I have read that it is because of solling stuff on e-bay, but I have to tell you that I haven't sold nothing from e-bay or something like that, because I don't even have e-bay available in my country and so that I don't have a e-bay account. So I am writing to you to ask you If there is a reason why the money i have recieved is on my pending balance, and to ask you if there is a way or possibility to change that, or even speed it up a little, because I need that money.
