On the 7th I made a $58.50 purchase at bookdespository.com, using $13.31 of my paypal funds and $45.19 directly transfered from my bank account. Due to a change in mind, I cancelled my order the same day and was agreed to a refund. Today (9th) I was notified that the refund was complete, the $13.31 is back in my paypal account, however not only is the original $45.19 not refunded (payal has 'placed' on 'temporary hold') ANOTHER $45.19 amount was removed from my bank account! So now I'm short of $ 90.38! I'm confused and annoyed as to why this removal has occured? If somebody could help me out, it would be greatley appreciated.
