PayPal rewards people mailing dead animals, because they don't have to worry about refunding money Someone sent mea garter snake that they cooked in the mail. I was told by the owner to ship as friend. People are using paypal to ship already dead animals, and animals they kill in the mail. these crooks know they can continue to abuse animals because paypal will not refund the buyer for purchasing an already dead animal. PayPal is currently under investigation by PETA. I would recommend to everyone to boycott paypal and any company that aids people who abuse animals.
