I received an email from paypal telling that the buyer(from Dubai) have made the payment (include shipping fee) but it will only transfer to my account when i use my own pocket money at RM2550 to sent to the shipper to secure both buyer and seller. i will get the refund only after i make a payment. i am new to paypal and do not know how it work. i asked many of my friend but nobody knows. i ended transfer the money through westhern union to the shipper HOWARD NATARAJA. i sent the details to them and again they asked me to send another RM4890 for the insurance fee. i only realized its an scamming email. is there anyway to get my money back?
