Two weeks algo I have some issues to buy a product in a page (panlishop), then I decide to write a petition to refund the money that was into this page (35$ taxes comvert in 33$). After a week they marks the petition as accepted and completed. Today I dont know where my money is and they only says that ask here whit en asap relation. Can u help me ?
