[UPDATE: 7/20/15] I contacted the BBB about two months after and they happily took my case. Luckily, they managed to get in touch with Paypal (after I had no luck) and got my money back in full (except for those pesky fees that PayPal gladly kept)! I'm just ecstatic that it wasn't a complete loss. BBB, I love you guys!
