I wanted to add supporting myself(the buyer) comments to a dispute using the contact option from my account. I e-mailed PayPal to add a comment to my dispute supporting my side after I read a topic on the community forums saying that the same should be done but I always receive an automated message in my mailbox and not an actual response. I forgot to mention one thing in my defense which could speed up the process of solving the dispute and now I cannot add it since its being reviewed by PayPal. I tried with email as I wrote above but I probably did something wrong. Help please.
