Thank you so much! I'm trying to drop the email I've used for years, with dozens of sites, and going crazy trying to make the all the changes. PayPal had me stumped for quite a while. I've learned a couple of things about this process in PayPal I would like to add: You can't just change the primary email to something else. You must have a secondary email in place first. PayPal must have updated their website because I couldn't uncheck the primary email. Instead, I found I had to select (and therefore check) the desired email. And that worked! Then you can remove the first account if you want. Thank you again for the help!
