If you link a bank account to your paypal account then later unlink it can paypal still access that bank account and take funds from it without your authorization if your paypal account is in negative credit? This seems highly illegal but I can't find anywhere that says clearly that they cannot do this. My understanding is that once you unlink your bank account from paypal they no longer have access to it or the info, correct?
