I has sold 29 items with not a single complaint, I'm extremely honest in descriptions, 3 weeks ago I sold a jawbone 24up device the buyer took 3-days to pay, I charged device completely, logged onto the jawbone app to synce bracelet an assure proper working condition, everything went smooth, i cross checked my shipping and tracking to find I shipped the item exactly 27 min after checking the proper working conditions, all log on info is saved on these apps, Two weeks after owning the device, after already leaving good feedback, the buyer has messaged me stating the bracelet won't charge and won't come on, she wants a full refund. I explained these items are electronically synced and it was in perfect order upon shipping, I reminded her she left good feedback. I said if she wants a refund she should ship me , my item back in the condition she received it, The old thing is, she then asked me how do people identify one bracelet from the other when they look exactly the same, I told her they have electronic serial numbers registered to me the original buyer. She has not messaged me since that odd question. I'm worried I may be under a scam where as she will mail me a broken bracelet she already owned an plans to keep mine. What are my rights of selling electronic devices and the buyer leaving good feedback but coming back after 2 weeks of daily use, wanting a refund ? Thank you
