So, thankfully I have only had one real dispute over a sale. I recently sold an item for $400. Long story short, the buyer had buyers remorse, filed a complaint under "not as described", and it was pretty much my word against his. Neither of us had documentation proving one way or the other. I was more than good for it per se, it was just the principle. I didn't feel like I was obligated to give someone money because they changed their mind, not to mention using false pretenses to get a return. Ah well, I believe in the concept of "what goes around, comes around...."
