I'm a CDN citizen with a cdn paypal account. I am currently living in South Korea. I buy from the GMARKET online shopping site. Paypal is listed as a payment option, but when transferred to the Paypal site for payment, SK is not lsted in the dropdown list for shipping locations. I would like a reason for this as it seems like a discrepancy in the system... very frustrating.
