Hi @PayPal_Martin I have done this already and been told that in order to have it changed I have to contact you on here between 4-6pm If you are unable to change the PayPalMe link, can you delete it so I can make a new one? If not I will just have to delete my PayPal account and get a new one that way which seems a shame as I’ve been a member since 2002 but I don’t want my full details to be public any more after being hacked previously and having my PayPal account compromised.

Hi there. I have been speaking to customer service and they advised me to speak to you. I wish to have my username on the community boards and the PayPalMe link changed for security reasons as my full name is used for them. Could you change both to PFMC84 for me please? Many thanks.

Yes, but didn't you read my message? I have cancelled using that card, so when will that charge be refunded?

I added a card to my Paypal but then decided not to use it and removed it. This was done before I received the code to confirm the card. This has now been charged to my card, so how do I get that refunded to me? Thanks.

I have the "pay after delivery" option selected for my account and previously this was working fine, money left my account 14 days after purchasing an item. But, I recently changed bank accounts and although this option is still selected under the account, payments are not being taken a day or two after my purchase, not 14 as they are supposed to. Anyone know why this is happening and how I can correect this so payments are taken 14 days later as before? Thanks.
