I've just made an eBay account to bid and buy on a specific item. I've made my Paypal account, but has no money on it. I cannot direct it to my bank account, so I've decided to buy a Paypal card to put the money into the account around 24hours before the final bill. Will that be enough time for the money to be put into account by the purchase time?
