We're a charity with a business account. We've created a paypal express check out for our event registration. When buyers pay via their PayPal account, the business name (ie. charity name) shows in the confirmation email and states payment was to "charity name".   However when buyers pay with a card on the express check out, the confirmation email lists the business contact name. ie:   You sent a payment of £5.00 GBP to Business Contact name.   Dear buyer, This charge will appear on your statement as payment to PAYPAL *Charity name.    It states the contact name in the email subject line and in the body of the email.   How do we ensure that the business name, not the business contact name is listed on the emails? We can't have buyers thinking their money goes to an individual - not a organisation. At the moment, it states this on the emails subject line.   thanks, ... View more
