Add tracking NOT woking for months!

What is up with Paypal. The "add tracking" feature from their somewhat working new version (that they never got to work right), sends me to a blank page when I click on add tracking.  What is the work around for something so basic that should work?  Has anyone been sucessful at reverting to the classic paypal where things used to work? ... What is "other" in the finacial statemet report?

Hello.   I did a finalncial statemet report for the YTD on my account and I find a category at the botom of the report labebel "other"   There is a negative $ 2748.28 amount that simply does not seem to correlate to anything. I called customer support and they told me it could be: Withdrawal fees.  I have none as I only use free bank transfer. Adjustments, credits or charge backs. I cannot find anything related to that in my activity. Fees other than the paypal transaction fee.  I have about $10 in other fees in my activity. Miscelaneous fees. I have no idea what those are or how they coule ever be $2748.   Could someone shed some light as to what could be generating that amount?  Where is that money going?   BTW, I do not have a Paypal Debit or credit card, nor any other account or service with paypal   Tia George.. ... None. If you have been receiving payments from more than one email account, you will not be able to separate them under Business paypal. Come tax time all payments will be treated as 100% income regardless of where or how the money entered your account.   ... View more

Paypal business merged ALL the 2015 payments made to my paypal account mixing business (taxable) with private (non -taxable) payments. Under the old system ( Paypal classic) I could select under payments received, which email address received what payment. That way I could separate the payments from my (money loosing) hobby and the income from my business.    I have ot say that it is more and more likely I will switch to accepting Credit Cards  directly on my website rather than deal with Paypal. I wish the developers ACTUALLY NEW how to run a business and what features not only LOOK nice but actually provide a valuable service to the consumer.     ... View more

How to handle lost package refund ( non ebay)

Hello I have a business ( NON EBAY)  providing machining services and I shipped a package to Germany which ended up lost in France. The paypal payment from my customer was for $150,  $100 for my services $50 for shipping. The package is over a month due and tracking shows it lost in France. I started an inquiry with the USPS but it will be a while before anything is known about it.  What would be the right approach here. Should I refund the whole amount? Shoud I refund only the portion that covers my services?  This is the first package lost by the USPS in the 15 years I have been shipping with them. Thanks in advance. ... View more
