Hi, I am trying to add a bank account to my paypal account but kept getting this message "We're sorry, but that bank can't be linked to any more PayPal accounts. Please link a different bank account" I have now removed this account from a previos paypal account but still get the same message, how long should it take before I can add the new account Thanks so much
