Another frustrated user here. I just spent an hour calling back and forth between my bank and paypal. You guys says the bank is declining your verifications. The bank says its a known problem on your end and/or they can't verify $0.0 transactions. They say call paypal, paypal says call your bank (I use UBank). What's going on here? I've used paypal for years with no problem, even with this bank. My other visa cards work fine. It's only since I got my new card (about a month or two ago) for this account that I've had any difficulties. Can I get some help please?
