I filed a claim against this guy Wang Giguo who I sent 30.00 too and never received nothing in return not even a package to track. They have shut down his fake site 3638electronics.com but yet paypal decided the case in his favor. The guy wont even respond to any messages. When I try to dispute this case I cant because paypal still has the case open. The case they told me they closed and found in his favor. I tried to open the case through Ebay but since they erased his fake site there is no record of it so I cant file a claim against it or him. So this fraudulent site gets away with fraud and steals my money and Paypal lets him!
