Hi Jay2014, I too have spent considerable time on this and I am still struggling. This is the worst "user experience" of software I have ever encountered. You would think with the large amount of cash in the bank ebay would write some decent software. I have found NO beginner tutorials, explanations of how all this works. I did however find where to create a Sandbox. You need to register on the Developer Platform: https://developer.paypal.com/developer *Note: when you login, and go to dashboard, nothing happens, you have to press Dashboard again for some reason. In the sandbox mode, you can create "fake" accounts (Business and Personal) though there is no guide on exactly how to use these (I have never used paypal before). When setting up "Business Accounts" you are asked for some URLs (again, there is no explaination of what these are or what they are used for). Hope you have more luck than I
