Person who buys and sells on e-bay using Personal account pays the same fees as a person, who buys and sells on e-bay using Premier account, do I get it right? Is it reasonable for one, who sells like 1-2 items per month and buys around 4-5 items per month, to upgrade? Will my e-bay activity be treated as "business" if I do? Thank you much.
