So I went to go use my PayPal prepaid card to pay bills like a do every month and to my surprise I was declined at the store so I call my card and it says I have no money on it. I have no clue how that could be when I had money that morning so I call them and they act like they have no idea what happened. Told me to send a paper with my handwriting of all the transactions that weren't mine so I did that and they said I would have to wait ten days for a decision when in their email it said 6 business hours. Talk about false information. So I went ten days and still no refund ofmy money so I call them and they tell me again to send them the paper with the ttransactions from the dates to the merchants and why I want to dispute it and honestly I went off because now they want me to wait another 10 days for them to review my claim and make a decision on getting MY money back that was stolen smh how is that possible?? They quickly take money out but yet take a month just to give it back and than on top of that they charge me 4.95 the 17th of every month which isn't even a month so I get charged twice a month and they said it can't be possible. It makes me wonder if it's them stealing my money since the location is always the same as theirs. They are just as bad as Walmart money card who stole over 1300 from my account and refuse to refund me unless I talk to them in which I refuse because I get the same rep whose rude and acts like ur trying to steal from them when it's them stealing from u!! I use these cards so that if I can't get out, I can just shop online. Now it's more of a problem than its truly worth. Stick to PayPal and do not get PayPal prepaid because it's technically serviced by netspend and PayPal can't do anything to help u if something goes wrong. Their name is on it and owned by them but yet serviced by netspend kinda weird I think.
