unauthorized transactions

Has anyone else gone through getting robbed while shopping using an app? I have and for some reason paypal keeps allowing it even after i asked for the app to be blocked and reported for fraud but no luck. well a couple months ago i found out someone used my bank info and bought something for $3 so i reported it since it wasnt anything i knew about and the app that did it refused to approve it claiming it was me. Then on top of that i go to my bank and let them know to freeze my account and i would be in to take what i had in case. I go in and the teller asks if i was the change (.29) i said no and she gives it to me anyways and i find out later on it wasnt there in the first place because i guess paypal was trying to verify my account and took that change out and it didnt update on their screen and when i told her i didnt want the change she said she couldnt take it back. I ended up getting charged up to $100 on 29 cents smh i couldnt believe it so i called the bank and told them what had happend and they claimed they would fix it and out of nowhere i still owe 65 and now its gone up again in fees when i was told it was taken care of. i dont know how paypal does it but they seem to rob and are allowed to get away with it. There was an error and im the one expected to pay for it. If i request an app be blocked shouldnt it be? Also i didnt know my bank was gonna charge me a $25 neg bal fee over 29 cents smh. I dont know whose worse my bank for paypal for not fixing the mistake and they didnt even look at my account because not even 2 mins after i reported it to them they had closed the case....honestly annoying and exactly why i refuse to do business with them  ... PayPal prepaid scam

So I went to go use my PayPal prepaid card to pay bills like a do every month and to my surprise I was declined at the store so I call my card and it says I have no money on it. I have no clue how that could be when I had money that morning so I call them and they act like they have no idea what happened. Told me to send a paper with my handwriting of all the transactions that weren't mine so I did that and they said I would have to wait ten days for a decision when in their email it said 6 business hours. Talk about false information. So I went ten days and still no refund ofmy money so I call them and they tell me again to send them the paper with the ttransactions from the dates to the merchants and why I want to dispute it and honestly I went off because now they want me to wait another 10 days for them to review my claim and make a decision on getting MY money back that was stolen smh how is that possible?? They quickly take money out but yet take a month just to give it back and than on top of that they charge me 4.95 the 17th of every month which isn't even a month so I get charged twice a month and they said it can't be possible. It makes me wonder if it's them stealing my money since the location is always the same as theirs. They are just as bad as Walmart money card who stole over 1300 from my account and refuse to refund me unless I talk to them in which I refuse because I get the same rep whose rude and acts like ur trying to steal from them when it's them stealing from u!! I use these cards so that if I can't get out, I can just shop online. Now it's more of a problem than its truly worth. Stick to PayPal and do not get PayPal prepaid because it's technically serviced by netspend and PayPal can't do anything to help u if something goes wrong.
