I provide consultancy service, web hosting service and digital service from India. I take advance payments from buyer and after receiving payments through paypal, I provide consultancy, web hosting access and other digital service as soon as poosible. But if buyers uses stolen credit card and pay to me - how do I know that buyer uses stolen credit card? Will paypal notify me? If yes, then will Paypal notify me instantly? Suppose if paypal notify me after 3 hours and return the amount to buyer, then within 3 hours already I have given service to buyer, it will be loss for me both money and services. So, what steps should I take for precaution?
