So after getting struck by 15 chargbacks from the same user in Mexico (CC) I gave up on paypal and decided to accept liability so I wouldn't get 20$ for those 15 chargebacks.   All 15 were closed today with an addition of 15*20$ fee.. Had another "Buy" -> "chargeback" spree from the same buyer again today. Instantly closed chargebacks giving me a total fee cost of 6x20 usd...   I also added a 100% tax increase for Mexico (the country of the user buying the digital goods), but it seemed he just bought it anyway to chargeback again.   I called paypal today, but they said "We can not do anything about this" , I asked them to instantly refund him instead of adding the 20$ fee instantly. I already know that paypal is bs in terms of seller protection. I get a lot of chargebacks and usually I win with providing the online logs that the claimed the goods. This is just 1 case , 1 person that keeps buying/chargeback'ing. Me together with 4 other sellers have problems with this 1 user , hence the reason I posted this in security and not another subforum because paypal should have something like this added (to block someone). ... 1) As mentioned in the OP they are digital goods so no shipping, and yes I have online logs that can link the transaction to an IP using the digital goods 2) How can I provide these logs when the case is closed within a minute after being created? I used "dispute this chargeback" after being closed multiple times (Every time actually) but never gotten a reply from it. 3) As mentioned in the OP, yes I have multiple times. I have no chance to do a refund. I get an email "User ... chargebacked" 2 seconds later I get an email "Case closed" and they instantly are refunded + chargeback fee.   I think its a foreign CC and they don't wanna deal with it so instantly grant the chargeback + fee.   Last case had 4 minutes between the emails of case opened and case closed ... Dear,   Recently I have been getting a lot of fraudulant chargebacks were a user would buy a digital good and make a CC chargeback that is INSTANTLY granted. I have no time to reply or add evidence. The user would do this over and over again for each software and each version. I have no way of blocking them on the webportal where they buy it (as I do not own it) so I need to find a way to block this user inside paypal.   Contacting paypal support by email never gets a reply, and when I call them they say "we need to further investigate this, create a ticket on our email".   This has been going on for a year now what causes me to have 9x 20$ chargeback fees + currency exchanges from the same user. So it seems the only times I can contact them is when I am at work, and in the week ends its in French. Paypal should really spend more time to answer emails at the "Contact us" form. It says "We will try to reply within 24 hours" but it has been 1 month and multiple emails... ... View more

Hello,   So I verified my paypal and all checks are green.
