I decided to buy something off of EBay. I noticed they used PayPal payment only. And I had a Visa gift card for 50$ that I planned on using. So I decided to go ahead and put what I needed onto the PayPal and pay with that. After thinking about it, I realized I didn't want the item I purchased, so I messaged the seller asking for a refund. Within 10 minutes I get an email from PayPal saying the refund was completed and the seller left a message accepting my apology. I went on PayPal, and my balance was 0$. But the transactions show that a purchase and a refund were both made. So I checked the card balance. The card only has around 2$ left. So where is my money? If it's not on the card, in the PayPal, and was refunded, where is it?
