Although I sent two items back and have the weight that proves it was two from royal mail, they are claiming (OhPolly) that they only recieved one. I reported it to Paypal but because there is no option for this, I had to put i didnt recieve it but was clear in the notes saying excatly what happened. paypal ignored what I wrote and just showed me proof that I did recieve it. I am lost of what to do now.
