I had the same problem today. To fix this, I claimed to forget my password and I just reset my password. I had to receive the reset password through my email. After changing your password, you can then log into your account and you don't have to do the PSD2. Once in, add your current number in your account and set it as the preferred number. Also activate your new number. You can now remove your old number from your account. hope this helps ... View more

Refund 'Completed' from Paypal to Bank but nothing...

I got my refund from the seller, was sent back to my paypal account that said they sent the money back to my debit card but its been three days now and there is no reflection whatsoever on my debit card. My paypal ballance is zero and my money seems to have just vanished. The status of the reversal in Paypal for the Paypal to credit card is 'Completed'. I read this and it states that this means that the bank has accepted the money. Where is my money hiding? I desperately need it as i need to purchase a replacement for what was refunded on ebay. ...
