I sent someone an iPhone and they sent me 540$ to my pay pal account . I still haven't got credited , pay pal made him send an additional 310$ to my pay pal account to verify . Pay pal wants me to send the 310$ back to my buyer via western union . I don't actually have the 310$ what should I do ?
