Whenever I try I keep getting the following: "There's a problem with adding money to your account. If you'd like help, please contact us." This has been going on for days now. I don't know what's going on. 😞 I sent off an e-mail, 2 days ago, but have not yet received a response. Anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it? 1. I already confirmed my bank account 2. I already confirmed my personal information 3. I went to the resolution center and there are no open cases. 4. I do not want other alternatives, I just want to add money using my U.S. bank account. This is supposed to be an available option so no alternatives please. 5. I know about backup funding, but I don't like using that option. 6. I've added money before and there wasn't a problem. But now it keeps giving me the above error message.
