I tried to validate my debit card and got an error yesterday, i tried it again and there also i got an error... but after some time i got a mesage from my bank whose debit care i used , saying that 1.95 dollars has be taken from my account. After 1 hr again i got the same message that this amount was taken from my account. paypal already took like 7 USD from my account and i still cant shop.
