Is it common for Paypal to automatically refund customers? I got this message: "We've completed our review of the transaction below and found the payment may not be authorized by the PayPal account holder or may be the result of suspicious activity. As a result, we’ve cancelled this transaction." This is by far the dumbest reason I have ever seen. If they have a review process they need to be sure. Right now we'll look like idiots infront of our customer. If this is how Paypal choose to do business I will use someone else. Did anyone else experience this? Alex
