This is a U.K user to user forum and not paypal customer services.   I don't think paypal have to explain why they don't have services in your country though, that is up to them.   However it is normally to do with banking regulations in differing countries. ... View more

Which part of Bulgarian legislation prevents Paypal from providing equal amount of services to Bulgarians such as the ability to withal and add funds to a Bulgarian Bank Account. Paypal please provide this information ASAP as it will be raised with local MP. ... View more
