I have a confirmed credit card already, but when I try to pay for something on a website through paypal, it does not show the credit card that is already verified. Also when I try to put in the credit card again on the payment page it says: "To pay for this purchase right now, link a debit or credit card to your PayPal account". Anyone know how to get this resolved?
